Michael (42), exercises a lot and is in good shape. He pays a lot of attention to his health and did the measurements out of curiosity. The work of Dr. Amanda Whittal and Dr. Shu Ling Tan consists of a diverse approach that suits the needs of all participants as individuals and in a group. During these sessions that include lectures and discussions as well as meditation, I feel like every participant could find a unique approach to the contents and possible learnings for themselves. Without pressure or force they gave former strangers the possibility to widen their horizons as well as interact with others in a to me completely new way.
In 2021 I attended the monthly session of 10 Keys to Happier Living with Dr. Amanda Whittal and Dr. Shu Ling Tan. The course gave me many insights on how to be happier and be mindful in every life aspect. One of the best parts is how we did the self-reflection with their guidance during the session. That was an amazing experience to have! We could ‘escape’ reality and recharge ourselves in a few minutes. After that, we feel better with a warm heart. I highly recommend Dr. Amanda Whittal and Dr. Shu Ling Tan; they are good listeners and can help you be a better individual and fully live your life!
