With several running events upcoming, like the classic ‘Dam tot Dam’ and the (Half) Marathon in Amsterdam, it’s time to start with some quality training!
We will start with weekly training of one hour, starting Thursday Aug 18. Start and finish will always be at Edge. All types of runners are welcome. Together, we will run the 8km. Our experienced trainers will make this work for everybody, e.g. a training schedule tailored to your endurance capacity.
We want to create a group of minimal 10 people. So bring your colleagues as well!
Application form is at the bottom of the page. Just want to join for the run and not the full training package? No problem! Register for just the run and shirt for only €30.
We will measure your endurance capacity in week 1 and 5 to make sure you train on the right level and make great progress!
In addition, you will receive a body composition check at the start, middle and end of the programme to track the changes in your body.
Only want to join for the running event and not the training sessions? Feel free to join us! For €30 we will sign you in with the same group, get you a running shirt and a body check before the start!
